The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union is a socio-political organization representing Vietnamese youth. On September 22, 2025, the Youth Union of the University of Management and Technology, Ho Chi Minh City (UMT Youth Union) was officially established. In terms of organizational structure, the UMT Youth Union consists of the Executive Committee and faculty-level Youth Union chapters. The Executive Committee comprises 11 members, including: 1 Secretary, 1 Deputy Secretary, 1 Standing Committee Member, 8 Executive Committee Members. The Executive Committee is organized into three functional divisions: Organization & Inspection Division, Communication & International Affairs Division, Academic Affairs & Student Activities Division.
